IntelliStamp lets organizations and governments protect electronic documents with a digital or hybrid stamp that looks like a barcode placed on the document.
The barcode contains (part of) the document content and other data to guarantee authenticity. Printed, the stamp appears on paper too, so both the digital document and the printout can be verified. Citizens choose to work electronically or on paper.
No more wet signatures
Documents no longer need to be printed, signed and stamped by the sender; the receiver decides whether to print, and authentication is guaranteed. For governments and companies, a great reduction in time and cost.
What can be verified
- The protected data on the document
- Who created and signed the document
- The exact time the document was signed
- The authority that guarantees the identity of the signer
Original versus scan
IntelliStamp can also show the visual differences between the original document and a scanned paper copy.
